Admin / ICT Support Officer

Contract: 6 months – Part time. Reviewed after 6 months dependent on funding

Job Salary: £25,000 (FTE based on 35 hours per week) Part time role of 10 or 15 hours pro rata

(Work to be completed onsite or remotely when needed)

Responsibilities:

 

Day to day ICT support –

  • Team Support
  • Information sharing across networks
  • Information sharing and signposting for service users/carers requesting support
  • Administration and reporting duties

 

Admin

  • The Officer will report to the CO monthly to review/build and maintain a high standard tracker and support with any reports that need to be submitted using current systems. They will be responsible for manage, monitoring database system trackers.
  • The officer is responsible for documenting all new clients on to the Charity Log system. They will also update all activities and next procedures within a timely manner.
  • The officer will be responsible for documenting and producing efficient notes, from all board & team meetings. They will be tasked with arranging meetings and sharing notes with all trustees.
  • The officer will support CO with project planning, reporting and evaluating systems
  • The officer will provide a wide range of IT support to staff and volunteers, which supports the delivery of Hopewell’s activities.

 

Essential skills (required)

  • Good understanding of written and verbal English for reporting and communication
  • Good ICT and Digital Skills to undertake office tasks and communication
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 especially Outlook, Word and Excel

 

A skills assessment will be required at the interview stage.
